Newby Leisure have recently had the pleasure of generating this simple, yet effective playground design at a wonderful nursery school in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
Made up of freestanding resources to aid outdoor education, this early years learning environment includes multiple elements of play.
Offering the children of Wyndham Park the opportunity to engage in role play, construction play, and water play; allowing them to build numerous skills whilst doing so.
These elements of play are fantastic for developing the following skills: social interaction, language and communication, gross and fine motor skills, and cognitive development.
Not forgetting to mention encouraging creative and imaginative thinking!
To ensure the safety of children on the playground, we also incorporated a bespoke timber fence to surround the play area; giving teachers peace of mind.
