Last week Newby Leisure were pleased to exhibit at the Birth to Five's Conference 2015 at The Lincolnshire Showground. The show is a massive success every year and this year was no different!
Over the course of the two days we met some great people and shared many ideas that will go a long way in helping education. We're passionate about play and being given the opportunity to listen to everyone's opinion on our products and service means a lot to us. Physical play as a whole is something children of all ages should embrace, and we hope that we can keep enforcing this message with the help of conferences such as the Birth to Five's show.
If you came to visit our stand, you will have seen a few products from our range on display. Being bespoke design and build specialists, we're always thinking-up new product ideas and plans to help engage, inspire and educate. The new range was well received by all and we're delighted with your feedback.
The turnout for the event was incredible. It was great to catch-up with old faces and meet new faces too. Congratulations to all those who won a box of our Newby Leisure bricks as part of our competition. We look forward to seeing them in action at your school so please do send us your pictures on Twitter.
The guest speakers were very informative on both days of the show. Andy Cope, well known for his roles as a professional trainer, teacher and author delivered a very interesting speech on motivation and positive psychology. Educational speaker, Neil Farmer's passion for early years resonated with the crowd and I'm sure everyone in attendance would agree that both speeches were well received.
Focus also turned to Shonette Bason-Wood, Anne Butler, Debbie Garvey, Jean Barlow, Ben Kingston-Hughes, Mary Barlow and their early years workshops that were very effective in delivery key messages for education.
There were many highlights from the show over both days and our stand was extremely busy, so we do hope we got the chance to answer all your questions and queries.
As you may have seen, we've recently re-designed our website. The new concept was thought up with the user in mind to help guide you through our products and services much easier. We hope you find this useful in detailing what we can offer your school, college or nursery. Don't forget to check out some pictures from the show on our Instagram page too.
We hope you all enjoyed the show as much as us. See you all again next year! And remember...
