Kickstarting the year with a newly renovated outdoor space, Scampton C of E Primary School is now the home of a newly improved reflective garden.
The aim of the game was to provide a stimulating and natural environment for children to enjoy as they further their outdoor education.
Initially, the area was a rather dead space that had not much use. To bring the area back to life, we completely replaced the surfacing in all areas and included natural elements, such as tree stump steppingstones and planters.
To maximise the space available, we broke up the area into sections using different types of surfacing. Keeping the area as natural as possible, the surfacing options we installed include new pour, new turf, and certified tree bark.
