Product Delivery
Generally, lead time for delivery is 3-4 weeks from the order being placed. All products include delivery and will be courtesy of a kerbside drop, UK Mainland only (Some regions may be subject to delivery charge).
For delivery to other destinations including Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, please ask our sales team for a quotation before placing order.
If you have any special delivery requirements, please let us know when placing your order.
Failed or refused delivery
In the event a legitimate order is refused by the customer or premises are inaccessible, a redelivery charge will apply.
Prices
We endeavour to hold prices annually, although fluctuations may accrue in which case customers may be informed. All prices are net and exclusive of VAT.

Returns
All goods are made to order. We do not supply on a sale or return basis. In the event of an item being deemed unsuitable or ordered in error, please call our team for authorisation and to arrange a return. Charges will apply, your statutory rights will not be affected.
Supervision of playground equipment.
Children must be supervised at all times whilst in the playground.
Children must always be supervised whilst using any form of outdoor play equipment.
Supervising staff should be familiar with the playground equipment and supervise children accordingly.
Risk assessments are the sole responsibility of the school.
