An exciting transformation to start the week with!

Newby Leisure have recently had the pleasure of re-designing Asfordby Hill’s playground, with the purpose of encouraging outdoor play, and enhancing early years’ education.

To begin with, the existing space mainly consisted of grass. Upon completion, this natural playground now includes a variety of surfacing, an array of timber resources and even some bespoke play structures.

We thoroughly enjoyed working alongside the wonderful staff at Asfordby Hill to bring their playground visons to life.

Endless Outdoor Play Opportunities!

Filled to the brim with adventure, this outdoor play space has everything a child could want. From a bespoke play ship, to a rainbow tunnel, a role play car wash, planters, a messy play, mud kitchen corner, rope bridges and more.

Teachers can allow the children to get creative in their messy pay corner, as they make mud pies whilst enhancing their fine motor skills and also boosting social interaction skills.

As well as engaging in role play activities and getting stuck into construction play, there are endless play opportunities for the children in this new playground!
